For the data collection, five structured questionnaires were prepared as measurements and refer to the following aspects: teacher's opinion on the principal, teacher's opinion on the quality of the educational service, student's opinion on the director, student's opinion on quality of the educational service and opinion of the administrative staff on the quality of the educational service Four variables are considered in the accreditation variable: strategic management of the principal, teacher performance, institutional support, student opinion and opinion of the administrative staff. Regarding the variable quality of educational service, two dimensions are considered: service satisfaction and service efficiency According to the statistical results obtained, accreditation is related to the quality of the educational service through Rho de Spearman, the level of significance being 95% lower than 0.05, with a correlation of 0.748 which is GOOD. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, as follows: The accreditation is related to the quality of the educational service of the I.E.S.T.P “Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre” of Barranca Region Lima Provinces - Year 2013.

La población estuvo conformada por 30 docentes, 7 Personales administrativos y 168 estudiantes del ISTP: “Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre” de Barranca y la muestra es de 30 docentes, 7 personales administrativos y 151 estudiantes respectivamente. El diseño de la investigación es transeccional, correlacional, causal. bivariada, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron cinco cuestionarios estructurados como medición y se refiere a los siguientes aspectos: opinión del Profesor sobre el Director, opinión del profesor sobre la calidad del servicio educativa, opinión del alumnado sobre el director , opinión del alumno sobre la calidad del servicio educativo y opinión del personal administrativo sobre la calidad del servicio educativo De la variable acreditación se consideró cuatro dimensiones: gestión estratégica del director, desempeño docente, soporte institucional, opinión del alumno y opinión del personal administrativo. En cuanto a la variable calidad de servicio educativo se consideró dos dimensiones: satisfacción del servicio y eficiencia en el servicio De acuerdo a los resultados estadísticos obtenidos, la acreditación se relaciona con la calidad del servicio educativo a través de Rho de Spearman, siendo el nivel de significancia al 95% menor al 0,05, con una correlación de 0,748 que es BUENA.
