The study adopted a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational approach, using a sample of 97 teachers. The results show a moderate correlation between pedagogical management and teaching practices, with important challenges that include the lack of resources and continuous training in rural areas.El presente artículo explora la relación entre la gestión pedagógica y las prácticas educativas docentes en instituciones públicas de la UGEL Huánuco, Perú. La gestión pedagógica, comprendida como un proceso de planificación, ejecución y monitoreo, se analiza en términos de su influencia sobre dimensiones clave como la epistemológica y el aprendizaje. El estudio adoptó un enfoque no experimental, transversal y correlacional, utilizando una muestra de 97 docentes.
