The covid-19 pandemic has significantly affected education worldwide, including chemistry education. The abrupt transition to online learning and the need to adapt to new ways of teaching have posed significant challenges. Therefore, it is important to conduct a literature review with the aim of analyzing the main challenges and measures adopted in Chemistry teaching in the context of the covid-19 pandemic, to identify the most effective practices to address these challenges and to develop strategies to support learning. The methodology maintained a qualitative approach, of descriptive type, constituting a bibliographic review, based on the hermeneutic and analytical-synthetic research methods, as well as on the content analysis technique, for which a total of 57 publications from databases such as Scopus, Dialnet, Latindex and Scielo were taken as a sample, compiling high impact articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The results show that the pandemic has boosted the implementation of innovative measures and strategies in chemistry teaching, although it has also revealed the limitations and challenges that must be overcome to ensure quality education in the future. These new approaches need to be further evaluated and improved to ensure their effectiveness and accessibility for all students. |

La transición abrupta al aprendizaje en línea y la necesidad de adaptarse a nuevas formas de enseñanza han planteado desafíos significativos. Por ello, es importante llevar a cabo una revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de analizar los principales desafíos y medidas adoptadas en la enseñanza de Química en el contexto de la pandemia de covid-19, para identificar las prácticas más efectivas para abordar estos desafíos y desarrollar estrategias que apoyen el aprendizaje. La metodología mantuvo un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo, constituyéndose en una revisión bibliográfica, fundamentada en los métodos de investigación hermenéutico y analítico-sintético, así como en la técnica de análisis de contenido, para lo cual se tomó como muestra un total de 57 publicaciones de bases de datos como Scopus, Dialnet, Latindex y Scielo, recopilando artículos de alto impacto en idiomas: español, inglés y portugués. Los resultados denotan que la pandemia ha impulsado la implementación de medidas y estrategias innovadoras en la enseñanza de Química, aunque también ha puesto de manifiesto las limitaciones y desafíos que deben superarse para garantizar una educación de calidad en el futuro. Es necesario seguir evaluando y mejorando estos nuevos enfoques para asegurar su efectividad y accesibilidad para todos los estudiantes.A pandemia de covid-19 afetou significativamente a educação em todo o mundo, inclusive o ensino de química. A transição abrupta para o aprendizado on-line e a necessidade de se adaptar a novas formas de ensino representaram desafios significativos. Portanto, é importante realizar uma revisão da literatura com o objetivo de analisar os principais desafios e medidas adotadas no ensino de química no contexto da pandemia de covid-19, identificar as práticas mais eficazes para enfrentar esses desafios e desenvolver estratégias de apoio à aprendizagem. A metodologia seguiu uma abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, composta por uma revisão de literatura, baseada nos métodos de pesquisa hermenêutico e analítico-sintético, bem como na técnica de análise de conteúdo, para a qual foi amostrado um total de 57 publicações de bases de dados como Scopus, Dialnet, Latindex e Scielo, compilando artigos de alto impacto em espanhol, inglês e português. Os resultados mostram que a pandemia motivou a implementação de medidas e estratégias inovadoras no ensino de química, mas também destacou as limitações e os desafios que precisam ser superados para garantir um ensino de qualidade no futuro.
