The variables of organizational culture and occupational well-being have gained greater relevance, which is why workers must be familiar with these concepts. In the analyzed higher education institute, it was observed that an environment conducive to the development of staff capabilities is not fostered, negatively impacting occupational well-being. This generates an unmotivating work climate, making it difficult to develop a sense of belonging to the organization. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the relationship between organizational culture and occupational well-being among teachers at a higher education institute in the city of Arequipa in 2025. This was a basic research study developed under a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The population consisted of 42 teachers from the institute, and a non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used. A single structured questionnaire with 25 items was employed as the measurement instrument, assessing both study variables. The results showed that both variables are at a medium level. Some teachers do not perceive sufficient autonomy in their work, and deficiencies were found in factors such as the work climate and conflict tolerance, which should be addressed to build a better culture aligned with the institution's objectives and teachers' expectations. Finally, it was concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and occupational well-being among teachers at the higher education institute in Arequipa. |

Finally, it was concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and occupational well-being among teachers at the higher education institute in Arequipa.Las variables de cultura organizacional y bienestar laboral han ganado mayor relevancia, es por ello que los trabajadores deben estar familiarizados con dichos conceptos, en el instituto superior analizado se pudo notar que no se propicia un entorno que permita el desarrollo de capacidades del personal, esto impacta de manera negativa en el bienestar laboral, lo que genera un clima poco motivador, dificultando el sentido de pertenencia hacia la organización, es por ello que el estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y el bienestar laboral en los docentes de un instituto de educación superior de la ciudad de Arequipa, 2025. Fue una investigación de tipo básico, desarrollada bajo un enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 42 docentes del instituto se empleó muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, como instrumento de medición se empleó un solo cuestionario estructurado que consta de 25 ítems, el cual mide las dos variables objeto de estudio. Como resultados se tuvo que ambas variables se encuentran en un nivel medio, algunos docentes no perciben suficiente autonomía en su trabajo, así mismo se encontró falencias en factores como el clima laboral y la tolerancia al conflicto, los cuales deben abordarse para forjar una mejor cultura alineada con los objetivos de la institución y las expectativas de los docentes. Finalmente se concluye que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el bienestar laboral en los docentes del instituto de educación superior de Arequipa.As variáveis de cultura organizacional e bem-estar no trabalho têm ganhado maior relevância, por isso os trabalhadores devem estar familiarizados com esses conceitos. No instituto de ensino superior analisado, observou-se que não se promove um ambiente favorável ao desenvolvimento das capacidades do pessoal, impactando negativamente o bem-estar no trabalho. Isso gera um clima pouco motivador, dificultando o senso de pertencimento à organização. Assim, o estudo teve como objetivo determinar a relação entre a cultura organizacional e o bem-estar no trabalho dos professores de um instituto de ensino superior na cidade de Arequipa em 2025. Foi uma pesquisa básica, desenvolvida sob uma abordagem quantitativa e um desenho não experimental. A população foi composta por 42 professores do instituto, e utilizou-se uma amostragem não probabilística por conveniência. Como instrumento de medição, utilizou-se um único questionário estruturado com 25 itens, que avalia ambas as variáveis do estudo. Os resultados mostraram que ambas as variáveis estão em um nível médio. Alguns professores não percebem autonomia suficiente em seu trabalho e foram encontradas deficiências em fatores como o clima organizacional e a tolerância ao conflito, que devem ser abordados para construir uma cultura mais alinhada com os objetivos da instituição e as expectativas dos professores.
