Many professors, except those who worked at the postgraduate level and used virtual media, lacked experience in using virtual teaching strategies since institutional educational processes were not designed to be developed in this environment and students also had difficulty adapting to these sudden changes (1).La pandemia de la COVID-19 obligó a los programas educativos a adaptarse al entorno virtual debido a la cuarentena y al distanciamiento social, así como a las limitaciones de los centros hospitalarios para la práctica clínica. Las escuelas y facultades de Medicina, en su mayoría, no estaban preparadas para enfrentar este desafío en el pregrado. Gran parte de los profesores, salvo los que trabajaban en posgrado y con medios virtuales, carecían de experiencia en el uso de estrategias didácticas virtuales, los procesos educativos institucionales no estaban hechos para desarrollarse en este medio y los estudiantes también tuvieron dificultades para adaptarse a estos cambios repentinos (1).   Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
