The Propensity Score Matching method was implemented with Probit regression and matching using the Kernel method. Data from the 2015 Peruvian National Household Survey were used to evaluate the immediate impact, extending to the years 2017, 2019 and 2021 to measure the impact over time. The results indicate a significant positive impact of long-term financial education on the three dimensions of financial inclusion. This suggests that policies of this type do not generate immediate impact, but are developed progressivelyEl estudio investiga el impacto del Diseño Curricular Nacional implementado en 2009 en la inclusión financiera, evaluando tres dimensiones: tenencia de cuenta de ahorro, posesión y uso de cuenta de ahorro, y tenencia y uso de tarjeta de crédito. Se dividió a los participantes en dos grupos, aquellos que siguieron la malla curricular de 2009 y los que no, analizando la brecha entre ellos antes y después de la implementación. Se empleó el método de Propensity Score Matching con regresión Probit y matching mediante el método Kernel. La data de la Encuesta Nacional de Hogares del Perú de 2015 se utilizó para evaluar el impacto inmediato, extendiéndose a los años 2017, 2019 y 2021 para medir el impacto en el tiempo. Los resultados indican un impacto positivo significativo de la educación financiera a largo plazo en las tres dimensiones de la inclusión financiera.
