It also analyzes judicial proceedings and identifies the progress made in institutional policies and the challenges pending for the Judiciary, as well as the implications of this problem concerning the right to access to justice.Abordar el problema de la corrupción en la administración de justicia en el Perú resulta una tarea compleja, más todavía cuando se trata de una práctica instalada, estructural e histórica. El estudio presenta los alcances sobre el derecho fundamental del acceso a la justicia, además de una aproximación a la problemática de la corrupción en el ámbito judicial en el Perú.
