El estudio titulado Derecho fundamental del acceso a la justicia y políticas institucionales del Poder Judicial en la lucha contra la corrupción, tuvo por objetivo determinar la manera en que el Poder Judicial ha implementado políticas institucionales de lucha contra la corrupción en el marco del derecho fundamental del acceso a la justicia. Para lo cual se propuso un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo básico y de diseño de teoría fundamentada. Se aplicó las técnicas de análisis de fuente documental (casos y denuncias de corrupción judicial) y entrevista a expertos (magistrados, abogados litigantes y docentes universitarios). Addressing the problem of corruption in the administration of justice in Peru is a complex task, especially when it is an established, structural and historical practice. The study analyzes the scope of the fundamental right of access to justice, as well as an approach to the problem of corruption in the judicial sphere in Peru. It also analyzes judicial proceedings and identifies the progress made in institutional policies and the challenges pending for the Judiciary, as well as the implications of this problem concerning the right to access to justice.
