In the same line of approach, emphasis is placed on describing the difficulties of the inferential process when using the experience rules: the lack of harmony and uniqueness of the experience rule should be approached with scientific rigor and, finally, an approach is attempted to systematize its use in the judicial reasoning.El artículo aborda el problema sempiterno de la búsqueda de la verdad en el proceso penal, desde aristas lógicas, filosóficas, epistemológicas, y de la ciencia procesal; para luego ir acortando el marco conceptual hasta llegar a la prueba indiciaria —actualmente la prueba reina del derecho probatorio— y aterriza en la inferencia, que es el alma de la prueba por indicios.
