We seek to unravel that these figures are incompatible with the principle of judicial independence, the same as that in Comparative Law is expressed in a statute of indefinite appointment to the position of judge.El régimen de ratificación de jueces, que se efectúa cada siete años desde el inicio de la carrera judicial en el Perú, se ha tornado una realidad compleja, y a ello se suma la configuración de una nueva modalidad de evaluación parcial de jueces, que se realiza cada tres años y medio.
