The result of an neuropsycholinguistic analysis of 105 patients, whon 30 were treated since his oral expression, is presented. Statistics relations among the different systems of comunication is stablished and the expresive aphasia is considered as a neuropsycholinguistic Syndrome in the disintegrative nosography of the speech. La afasia expresiva es el trastorno del leguaje verbal en su vertiente expresiva, predominante o explusiva, menos frecuente. Su estudio neurológico primero, en especial anatomo-clínico, luego psicológico, se ha enriquecido con el enfoque neuropsdicológico y neurolingüistico después, hasta ser motivo importante de la patología del lenguaje la que aplicando técnicas de análisis específicoha dirigido su vector asistencial e investigatorio hacia la terapéutica.  Se presenta el resultado de un análisis neuropsicolingüístico de 105 enfermos de los que 30 fueron estudiados desde la función de la expresi´ón verbal.
