Meanwhile, more than 85% of geriatric patientshave malnutrition in the chaotic system of Health (MOH ) andalmost 75 % in the Social Security System Essalud simply by a nonexistent real and primary prevention. In all three regions of the country , spending money for consumptionsweets and soft drinks is incredibly high in proportionwith low incomes , while still increasing allcardiovascular and degenerative diseases. Improving the nutritional culture in our country , we will improve your healthMental and comprehensive , we will increase our productivity and creategreater wealth.So today is postponed the realization of a programNutrition Education and Culture at all levels .La mayoría de la población, especialmente la población materna infantil y geriátrica, tiene cada vez una peor salud debido a la ingesta en aumento de nutrientes nocivos que alteran la expresión de sus genes al dañar su entorno hormonal; mientras aumentan las enfermedades infecciosas ya casi desaparecidas, el cáncer y las enfermedades crónicas; además, ahora está emergiendo un nuevo síndrome: la resistencia a la insulina que es el más claro factor de riesgo cardiovascular. Gracias al exceso de calorías "vacías", ocupamos el primer lugar en Latinoamérica en malnutrición y obesidad, y la enfermedad hipertensiva del embarazo es la primera causa de muerte materna en EsSalud; a la par que continúa el aumento de las malformaciones congénitas, de la morbilidad y mortalidad materna y perinatal; las enfermedades degenerativas y de la demencia, sabiendo que previniendo la obesidad abdominal se reduciría este alarmante incremento. Paralelamente, más del 85% de los pacientes geriátricos tienen malnutrición en el caótico Sistema de Salud Pública del Ministerio de Salud (MINSA), y casi un 75% en el Sistema de Seguridad Social EsSalud, sencillamente por una inexistente y real prevención primaria. En las tres regiones del país, el gasto de dinero por consumo de golosinas y bebidas gaseosas es increíblemente elevado en proporción con sus reducidos ingresos; mientras continúa el aumento de todas las enfermedades cardiovasculares y degenerativas. Es seguro que mejorando la cultura nutricional en nuestro país, mejoraremos la salud mental e integral, aumentaremos nuestra productividad y crearemos mayor riqueza.
