It is important to emphasize the embryonic origin variety for the development of these tumors, as well as having a timely diagnosis for treatment and decisive follow–up.Existe una variedad de tumores epiteliales, mesoteliales y de tejidos blandos que pueden desarrollarse en la red testicular y paratesticular. Se presenta el caso clínico de paciente con tumoración paratesticular derecha: Miofibroblastoma Mamario Paratesticular.
