Sumario:There is a variety of epithelial, mesothelial, and soft tissue tumors that can develop in the testicular and paratesticular area. We present the case of a patient with a right paratesticular tumor that was diagnosed as paratesticular mammary myofibroblastoma. It is important to emphasize the embryonic origin variety for the development of these tumors, as well as having a timely diagnosis for treatment and decisive follow–up.
