The second chapter meticulously examines the interests and national priorities of both Peru and Spain concerning educational cooperation strategies. It sheds light on relevant agreements and mechanisms that elucidate the current objectives of these nations. In the concluding third chapter, the document amalgamates the significance of Peru and Spain's shared trajectory, proposing a new model of cooperation framework agreement in order to improve their relations. This model is designed to harmonize with the dynamics of the contemporary international system, adeptly addressing the challenges and opportunities that both countries currently face. |

Además, se profundiza en conceptos clave como bilateralismo, cooperación educativa, poder blando e internacionalización de la educación superior. En el segundo capítulo, se examinan minuciosamente los intereses y las prioridades nacionales del Perú y de España en relación con las estrategias de cooperación educativa. Se ofrece una visión clara de los acuerdos y mecanismos relevantes que delinean los objetivos de ambas naciones. Finalmente, en el tercer capítulo, se sintetiza el significado de la trayectoria compartida entre el Perú y España, proponiendo un nuevo modelo de Convenio Marco de Cooperación para mejorar sus relaciones.
