Aborda el método basado en el rendimiento que se extiende a la estimación del rendimiento sísmico durante una réplica en los últimos años. La disponibilidad de un número cada vez mayor de registros de buena calidad de movimiento fuerte y sistemas de Monitoreo de Salud Estructural (SHM) permite el uso de registros reales para ser empleados en la estimación del desempeño sísmico durante una réplica del estado límite de seguridad de vida.
