En la primera parte se revisa el diagnóstico de la situación del mercado en la actualidad en lo que tiene que ver a la demanda de este tipo de servicios. En la segunda parte, se analizan los requerimientos y procesos que requiere la empresa para iniciar su labor. En el tercer capítulo se desarrolla la descripción de la parte organizacional de la empresa.
