Ya que es la primera vez que se incluye a Huaraz en este análisis, se espera que los hallazgos presentados en el presente informe sirvan de base para mediciones y estudios futuros, que mejoren en el tiempo y que fomenten la competitividad y bienestar de la ciudad. Las recomendaciones brindadas buscan en su mayoría disminuir la carga normativa hacia las empresas y brindar eficiencias en el control en los procedimientos administrativos mediante la tecnología, sobre todo a las micro y pequeña empresas, las que representan a la mayoría de las empresas del país.

Therefore, this investigation focuses on identifying and analyzing those gaps in Huaraz city under the Doing Business methodology. Since this is the first time this methodology is used for Huaraz, the findings are expected to be used as a baseline for future measurements and studies, with aims to promote enhancements over its competitiveness, and therefore, the city economy and wellness.
