En este sentido, es un sector que tiene impacto en el bienestar de la población peruana. El presente documento examina la situación actual de las instituciones superiores tecnológicas privadas y reconoce la necesidad de establecer una reforma educativa que permita hacer frente a importantes retos que han detenido el progreso y crecimiento de este sector en los últimos años. Para esta elaboración, el análisis se nutre de las perspectivas de importantes actores relacionados al desarrollo de este sector educativo en el Perú, logrando así, manifestar un conjunto de estrategias que concatenan sus aportes y que permiten lograr: (a) mejoras sustanciales en la calidad educativa, (b) incremento de la preferencia de estudiantes en cursar estudios superiores tecnológicos en instituciones privadas, y (c) que la población rural tenga mayores oportunidades para su desarrollo educativo y el de sus comunidades. En este sentido, la presente investigación define una visión, misión, objetivos a largo plazo, estrategias, acciones, y políticas dirigidas a desarrollar la Educación Superior Tecnológica Privada en el Perú con miras a un futuro mejor. Así también, se presentan objetivos a corto plazo y la implementación, evaluación, y control de las estrategias presentadas, finalizando con un conjunto de conclusiones y recomendaciones

In this sense, it is a sector that has an impact on the well-being of the Peruvian population. This research examines the current situation of higher private technological institutions and recognizes the need to establish an educational reform that will allow us to face important challenges that have held the growth and progress of this sector in the past years. For this paper, the analysis gather the perspectives of important actors associated to the development of this educational sector in Peru, contributing towards a set of strategies that will allow: (a) a substantial improvement in the quality of education, (b) the increase on the preference of students for technological higher education in private institutions, and (c) to favor the rural population with greater opportunities on their educational development as for their communities. In this sense, the present research defines the vision, mission, long-term objectives, strategies, actions and policies aimed to develop the higher technological education in Peru with a view of a better future.
