El centro educativo privado ha mejorado su infraestructura e incrementado sus instalaciones sin tener gran aceptación del público, por lo que dicha institución solicitó la consultoría para identificar los problemas específicos y desarrollar soluciones estratégicas con la finalidad de incrementar y elevar el número de matriculados e ingresos en los próximos periodos. Durante el desarrollo de la consultoría se ha podido identificar cuatro soluciones. La primera alternativa es incrementar la publicidad de la marca, la segunda es realizar alianzas estratégicas con instituciones del estado reforzando la calidad de educación que presenta cada día la institución privada, la tercera es mejorar el plan de estudio, en el cual se hace referencia a los talleres que deben ser agregados en el plan curricular según el nivel de enseñanza y la cuarta es realizar encuestas de satisfacción a los clientes para conocer qué perspectiva tienen sobre la enseñanza y sobre los servicios ofrecidos por el colegio. Estas alternativas fueron analizadas y valoradas mediante un Balanced Scorecard.

In order to continue training multiple students, the private educational center has improved its infrastructure and increased its facilities without having great public acceptance, so the institution requested the consultancy to identify specific problems and develop strategic solutions in order to increase and raise the number of enrolled students in the coming periods. During the development of the consultancy, four solutions have been identified. The first alternative is to increase brand publicity, the second is to make strategic alliances with state institutions that reinforce the quality of education that the private institution presents every day, the third is to improve the curriculum, which refers to the workshops that should be added to the curriculum according to the level of education and the fourth is to conduct customer satisfaction surveys to find out what perspective they have of the education and services offered by the school.
