Este informe aborda temas como la naturaleza jurídica del arbitraje, el recurso de anulación de laudo, el deber de revelación, la imparcialidad e independencia de los árbitros y la recusación. Para analizar dichos problemas, emplearé instrumentos normativos como el Decreto Legislativo N° 1071, el Reglamento de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, el Reglamento de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional, las Directrices IBA y el Reglamento London Court of International Arbitration. Asimismo, la jurisprudencia y doctrina correspondiente.

This is due to the existence of a friendship between arbitrator Beltran and lawyer Fernandez, which generates a reasonable doubt about the impartiality and independence to resolve the controversy submitted to the Arbitral Tribunal of which arbitrator Beltran is a part. This report addresses issues such as the legal nature of arbitration, the annulment appeal of the award, the duty of disclosure, the impartiality and independence of arbitrators and recusal. To analyze these problems, I will use normative instruments such as Decreto Legislativo N° 1071, IBA Guidelines, Arbitration Regulations of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and the Regulations of the London Court of International Arbitration.
