description El proyecto desarrolla una infraestructura pública móvil a partir de reciclar e intervenir en la infraestructura del Ferrocarril Central en la ciudad de Huancayo. Tras un análisis del déficit de servicios y equipamientos públicos y una desigualdad en cuanto a acceso a estos dentro de la ciudad, se plantea como una solución para ello el desarrollo de la arquitectura móvil que acerque estos servicios a los ciudadanos. De este modo, se plantea una primera intervención arquitectónica que trabaja con las preexistencias a modo de proyecto origen que permita a partir de ello desarrollar estrategias permanentes que desencadenan en la regeneración de barrios y creación de nuevos espacios públicos entorno a la vía. Dado que la vía del Ferrocarril Central es la vía más importante en la ciudad y la atraviesa en su totalidad se plantea que su impacto permita la generación de un nuevo modo de regeneración con el que además se busca revalorizar el patrimonio industrial en las ciudades marcadas en su historia por este suceso.
