En la actualidad no permiten acceder a registros para su anotación preventiva en el registro de predios, con la finalidad de brindar seguridad jurídica y dar publicidad con efecto erga omnes de las restricciones que se constituyen sobre inmueble determinado.

Could the commitment to hire contract be registered in Land Registry? Should the commitment to hire be a registrable act? This negative of public registrar and Registry Court with argument of commitment to hire contract is not a registrable act. Currently we don’t have access to do a preventive annotation in the Land Registry about this commitment to hire with the finally to offer legal security to people and make public the contract.
