En aquella época, gracias a la generosidad de mis colegas, tuve la fortuna de ocuparme de los temas jurídicos que se referían a la Corte. Recuerdo que, -- por mi interés por el derecho ambiental --, me tocó seguir muy de cerca el caso de los Ensayos Nucleares franceses de 1995 y que tuve que asistir en numerosas ocasiones al Palacio de la Paz, sede de la CIJ. |
