En tal sentido, la resolución N° 00688-2020-PHC/TC representa un gran avance en la evolución normativa y sobre todo jurisprudencial del derecho migratorio en el Perú. No obstante, en el desarrollo del informe se aborda los contenidos sobre las materias que debían ser resueltas en el caso y se realizan críticas al respecto.

In this sense, Resolution No. 00688-2020-PHC/TC represents a great advance in the normative and, above all, jurisprudential evolution of immigration law in Peru.
