Para tal fin, se ha utilizado el marco metodológico basado en el modelo secuencial de administración estratégica brindado por el Dr. Fernando D’Alessio. En la actualidad, las Cajas Municipales son consideradas como las líderes del sector microfinanciero, y son agentes fundamentales en la inclusión financiera en el país. Como resultado de este proceso estratégico se han identificado múltiples ventajas competitivas que permitirán la consolidación de su posición en el sistema financiero peruano. Las estrategias planteadas buscan llevar a las Cajas Municipales a una renovación tecnológica que esté de acuerdo con las nuevas expectativas generadas por el avance de la tecnología. Además, pretenden explotar sus fortalezas y oportunidades para ofrecer productos adecuados a los nuevos emprendedores y pobladores de las regiones más alejadas del Perú, que, durante muchos años, estuvieron fuera de la bancarización debido a que no había presencia de la banca múltiple. Asimismo, se plantean objetivos estratégicos y tácticos que permitirán alcanzar la visión en el año 2026, y que posibilite incrementar la rentabilidad de sus accionistas

To this end, it have been used the methodological framework based on the sequential model of strategic management provided by Dr. Fernando D'Alessio. Currently, the Savings Banks are considered leading institutions in the microfinance sector, and are key players in the financial inclusion in the country. As a result of this strategic process we have identified multiple competitive advantages that will allow the consolidation of its position in the Peruvian financial system. The strategies proposed, was seeking to bring to the Savings Banks to a technological renovation agree to new expectations generated by the advance of technology and exploit its strengths and opportunities for providing appropriate products to the new entrepreneurs and villagers of the most remote regions of our country, which for many years were out of banking because there was no presence of commercial banks.
