description Este estudio tuvo el propósito de diseñar una propuesta integral para mejorar los aprendizajes en matemáticas en estudiantes de primero de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Politécnico de Ventanilla, Perú. Se inició con un diagnóstico que identificó como principales barreras el desinterés estudiantil, la percepción de dificultad de la asignatura y la falta de apoyo familiar. El enfoque empleado fue mixto, porque se combinó técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, recolectando datos a través de encuestas a estudiantes entrevistas a docentes. Con base en estos hallazgos, se diseñó una propuesta que integra actividades prácticas contextualizadas, el uso de tecnologías educativas como GeoGebra y Khan Academy, y la implementación de talleres para fomentar la participación de las familias. Se concluyo que la implementación de esta propuesta puede incrementar significativamente la motivación y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes, transformar la percepción de las matemáticas y fortalecer el vínculo entre familias y escuela. Este modelo podría replicarse en otras instituciones con desafíos similares, promoviendo un aprendizaje colaborativo y sostenible.
