The photosensitizer localize in the electromotor nerves and the nuclear chromatin of electrocytes. Both structures exhibited intense fluorescence, whereas, the mitochondria were only slightly fluorescent. Immediately after the penetration of the photosensitizer, the electrocytes swell and the convex faces lose all their invaginations.
