Se trata de un documento técnico que brinda la posibilidad de difundir y dar a conocer el potencial de estas papas nativas a los agentes económicos de la cadena productiva de papa, vale decir: investigadores, productores, proveedores de servicios, procesadores, comerciantes, cocineros y consumidores. Además, tiene como objetivo valorar la actividad de protección milenaria de un patrimonio nacional por parte de los productores conservacionistas, orientándola hacia una oferta de calidad, con beneficios económicos, sociales, de oportunidades de negocios y su correspondiente viabilidad de desarrollo sustentable, con impacto a nivel local, nacional e internacional.Introducción.
