Tingo MaríaSe estudió a 209 usuarios mayores de 15 años con enfermedades infecciosas respiratorias agudas altas, bajas y crónicas que acudieron al Hospital 1 Tingo María, por consultorios externos durante los meses de mayo a julio, determinando la asociación con microorganismos patógenos fungi (hongos) con un cultivo seriado de esputo, siendo el examen directo el que proporcionó un diagnóstico presuntivo y el resultado definitivo el cultivo. · Se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 9.0 para el análisis estadístico, usándose la prueba chi cuadrado y un modelo matemático para contrastar la hipótesis, hallando asociación estadística de las enfermedades respiratorias agudas altas, bajas y crónicas a los fungi (hongos), siendo el aspergillus fumiga tus el más importante y el factor de riesgo que presenta mayor nivel de asociación con los cultivos positivos la variable trauma con astillas; y la visita a la cueva de las lechuzas, residencia y sexo no significativos. Se recomienda incluir la prueba cultivo de hongos en esputo en los protocolos de atención de las enfermedades infecciosas respiratorias para el diagnóstico diferencial y etiológico en la red del Hospital Centinela I Tingo María, mejorando la eficiencia y eficacia en el tratamiento y manejo farmacológico de las mencionadas patologías.It was studied 209 users bigger than 15 years o/d with high, low and chronic acute breathing infectious illnesses that went to the externa/ clinics of the EsSalud Hospital I of Tingo María, during the months of May to july, determining the association with pathogenic microorganisms’ fungi (mushrooms) with a serial cultivation sputum, being the direct exam the one that provided a presumptive diagnosis and the definitive result the cultivation. The statistical software SPSS version 9.0 was used for the statistical analysis, being used the test Chi squared and a mathematical model to contrast the hypothesis, finding statistical association from the high, low and chronic acute breathing illnesses to the fungi (mushrooms), being the aspergillus fumigatus the most important and the factor of risk that it presents bigger association level with the positive cultivations the variable trauma with chips; and the visit to the cave of the owls, residence and sex non-significant.
