La Biblioteca no cuenta con las páginas 37 y 38.La Colangioplastía Percutánea (CP), se define como la dilatación de las vías biliares bajo guía fluoroscópica, que se origina como extensión natural del drenaje biliar externo y una extrapolación de la angioplastía percutánea. En el lapso de 15 meses, los autores realizaron CP en 10 pacientes quienes presentaban ictericia y colangitis recurrente teniendo como antecedente, dos o más reintervenciones quirúrgicas biliares. A todos los pacientes se les diagnosticó mediante Colangiografía Transparietohepática (CTPH), estrechez de la anastomosis bilioentérica, localizadas profundamente en el hilio hepático, las cuales eran de difícil abordaje para el cirujano e inaccesible para el endoscopista. La CP se realizó por vía percutánea transhepática, siendo exitosa en el 100 por ciento de los casos, con complicaciones menores.
