A non-probabilistic convenience sampling was applied and it was possible to reach 350 adequate surveys for the development of this work. The population of this study were workers from the city of Lima, who were working remotely. For the validation of the instrument, the exploratory factorial analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factorial analysis (CFA) were carried out and the Spearman’s RHO statistic was used for the hypothesis test. The result showed that there is a positive and significant relationship (Rho 0.427; p value 0.000). It is concluded that the greater the development of digital skills, the higher the level of job performance of workers in remote mode.application/pdfengIEEEUSinfo:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccesshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Digital skillsRemote workJob performancehttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#5.02.04Digital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Workinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articlereponame:AUTONOMA-Institucionalinstname:Universidad Autónoma del Perúinstacron:AUTONOMAORIGINALDigital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Work.pdfDigital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Work.pdfVer fuenteapplication/pdf98367http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1986/1/Digital%20Skills%20and%20Job%20Performance%20in%20Remote%20Work.pdf8f21081ee87662641ee7b811e2724a59MD51LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain; charset=utf-885http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1986/2/license.txt9243398ff393db1861c890baeaeee5f9MD52TEXTDigital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Work.pdf.txtDigital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Work.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain487http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1986/3/Digital%20Skills%20and%20Job%20Performance%20in%20Remote%20Work.pdf.txtf99fa1097775201c047e599ec9fba63aMD53THUMBNAILDigital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Work.pdf.jpgDigital Skills and Job Performance in Remote Work.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg5327http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1986/4/Digital%20Skills%20and%20Job%20Performance%20in%20Remote%20Work.pdf.jpge5416255524506030e2e4bd947eee280MD5420.500.13067/1986oai:repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe:20.500.13067/19862022-07-22 03:00:26.603Repositorio de la Universidad Autonoma del Perúrepositorio@autonoma.pe
