description Determinar la relación entre estrés y clima laboral en el personal del área de emergencia del hospital de Andahuaylas, Apurimac-2023. Se uso fue de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, con un diseño no experimental y cohorte transversal. La muestra no probabilística fue constituida de 80 profesionales asistenciales que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron: para medir el nivel la escala de estrés de Kahn y Byosiere y el Instrumento para medir la variable clima laboral: Escala de clima laboral CL-SPC. A nivel descriptivo muestran que un 77,5 se encuentra en el nivel muy bajo de estrés, en cuanto al clima laboral un 28,75 se encuentra tanto en el nivel desfavorable y en medio. El resultado inferencial general según la prueba Rho Spearman se obtuvo un coeficiente de -0.185 y un valor de Sig. 0.101. Existe una relación negativa o indirecta entre el estrés y clima laboral.
