This is a documentary study carried out on 367 users of the Ilo finance companies, based on the instrument "Observation form to measure the compensation of the finance companies for defective products and services" authored by the researcher. The financial companies, through INDECOPI, in 55.9% of the cases, offer remedial reparation to the users who complain and complain in the instances of the same, in 3.8% of the cases what is claimed is partially granted, and in 40.3% of cases, what was claimed or reported is not granted. The research hypothesis is approved, because defective products and services are repaired and restored. In INDECOPI's sanctioning procedures, there is restitution of what is claimed in full or in part, but no compensation is granted through administrative channels. Therefore, the investigation hypothesis is approved, because the sanctioning procedures are ineffective to offer administrative compensation to the users who complain or complain to the Ilo financial companiesLa investigación tiene por objetivo determinar posibilidad de reparo, restitución e indemnización administrativa que tiene el consumidor de productos y/o servicios financieros de los años 2012 al 2015 tiene. Se trata de un estudio documentario realizado en 367 usuarios de las financieras de Ilo, en base al instrumento para medir la indemnización de las financieras por productos y servicios defectuosos de autoría del investigador. Las financieras, por intermedio de INDECOPI, en el 55,9% de los casos, ofrecen reparo restitutorio a los usuarios reclamantes y denunciantes en las instancias de la misma, en el 3,8% de los casos se concede parcialmente lo reclamado, y en el 40,3% de los casos no se concede lo reclamado o denunciado. Se aprueba la hipótesis de investigación, los productos y servicios defectuosos reparan y restituyen. En los procedimientos sancionadores de INDECOPI, existe restitución de lo reclamado en sentido completo o parcial, pero no se concede indemnización por la vía administrativa. Se trata de un estudio documentario realizado en 367 usuarios de las financieras de Ilo, en base al instrumento para medir la indemnización de las financieras por productos y servicios defectuosos de autoría del investigador.
