The application of this tool allows the systematic evaluation of this activity is to support decision making.El Razonamiento Basado en Casos es una metodología muy útil para dar respuesta a problemas donde las soluciones dadas a casos resueltos son utilizadas para dar solución a otros de carácter similar. En este trabajo se presenta un sistema informático inteligente capaz de crear y analizar bases de conocimientos estructuradas y generar un experto que propone soluciones para la toma de decisiones. Esta herramienta (software) ha sido desarrollada en lenguaje Java. Ha sido aplicado con fines docentes y para evaluar el grado de introducción de la gestión de la información y el conocimiento económico en las universidades.
