The present research has as general objective to determine to what extent the application of the Reflect ActionMethod achieves the development of capacities in business and tributary management of the farmers ofMonsefú, Reque and Eten; And as specific objectives: perform the validity and reliability test of the datacollection instruments, apply the pretest and post test to evaluate the capacities in Business and taxmanagement, apply the Reflect action. This research is important because the literacy method and itsapproach, influences the significant learning of business and tax management among illiterate people. In thisperspective, a pre - research was developed, the data collection was carried out by applying a pre - test and apost to the sample, the research development was approached from an educational perspective, observing thecurrent situation of the peasants, with Regarding the development of capacities of the business and taxmanagement. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar en qué medida la aplicación del MétodoReflect Acción logra el desarrollo de capacidades en gestión empresarial y tributaria de los campesinos deMonsefú, Reque y Eten; y como objetivos específicos: realizar la prueba de validez y confiabilidad de losinstrumentos de recolección de datos, aplicar el pre test y post test para evaluar las capacidades en Gestiónempresarial y tributaria, aplicar el Reflect acción. Esta investigación es importante porque el método dealfabetización y su enfoque, influye en el aprendizaje significativo de la gestión empresarial y tributariaentre personas analfabetas. En esta perspectiva se desarrolló una investigación de tipo explicativo – pre, larecolección de datos se realizó aplicando un pre test y un post a la muestra, el desarrollo la investigación seabordó desde una perspectiva educativa, observando la situación actual de los campesinos, con respecto aldesarrollo de capacidades de la gestión empresarial y tributaria.
