Sumario:It is known that labor pain is the result of stimulation of the afferent nerve receptors mechanisms which lie between the structures of the birth canal; but I will not hold at the moment of the anatomical and physiological or anatomical and pathological aspects of the pain, or the countless existing theories that try to explain its origin and its mechanisms; So you know him better than I do; I will try to refer briefly to the advantages that flow from having a good plan analgesia for the mother who is entrusted into our hands.
