It is the privilege of infertility obstetrician specializing in power use their intelligence and gift of creation and the art of his hands in the surgical correction of anatomical abnormalities of the reproductive tract. But, therefore its potential in the operating room and the significance of their decisions and actions, the surgeon of infertility can cause damage to your operating act to stop making steps for performing an incomplete or venture operation, - by mistake, ignorance or exaggerated autosuficiencia-, operate more than necessary. It's called iatrogenic damage to production or other problems with the medical services.
Es privilegio del ginecobstetra especializado en infertilidad el poder usar su don de inteligencia y creación y el arte de sus manos en la corrección quirúrgica de las alteraciones anatómicas del aparato reproductor. Pero, por lo mismo de su potencialidad en la sala de cirugía y la trascendencia de sus decisiones y acciones, el cirujano de infertilidad puede producir daño en su acto operatorio por dejar de hacer pasos necesarios, por realizar una operación incompleta o por aventurarse, -por error, ignorancia o exagerada autosuficiencia-, a operar más allá de lo necesario. Se denomina yatrogenia a la producción de daño o de problemas adicionales con el acto médico.
