The EEC producer strains evaluation was carried out on 102 isolates. The results show that bacteria associated toA. purpuratusand C. gigashave the best multienzymatic activities; however, Semimytilus algosus, Tetrapigus niger and Thais chocolata are also important sources of bacteria producers of EEC. The qualitative multienzymatic activity in MA (clear or opaque zones around the colonies in mm of diameter) varied from 6 to > 16 mm. The frequency of multienzymatic production was caseinase 62,74%, tween-esterase 57,84%, amylase 52,94%, gelatinase 38,23%, DNAse 33,3%, agarase 5,43% and lecithinase 90,0%. The results suggest the possibility of using native strains for biotechnological purposes.Con el fin de seleccionar las bacterias marinas con la capacidad de producir enzimas extracelulares ( CEE ) , se analizaron muestras de Argopecten purpuratus y Crassostrea gigas en el cultivo , así como de otros invertebrados interticlal y bentónicos. La selección de cepas de la CEE de productores se llevó a cabo en Agar Marino ( MA ) con la adición del sustrato relevante ( almidón , caseína , Tween - 80 , lecitina , ADN y gelatina ) . La CEE evaluación cepas productoras se llevó a cabo en 102 aislamientos . Los resultados muestran que las bacterias asociadas TOA . purpuratusand C. gigashave las mejores actividades multienzimáticos ; Sin embargo , Semimytilus algosus, Tetrapigus niger y Thais chocolata también son fuentes importantes de productores de bacterias de la CEE. La actividad multienzimático cualitativa en MA ( zonas claras u opacas alrededor de las colonias en mm de diámetro ) varió de 6 a > 16 mm .
