The scientific studies demonstrate comparatively, the advantagese from aplication of Uncaria Tomentosa. Cat's Claw in the direct pulp capping over using hydroxide of calcium. The treatment with Cat's Claw demonstrate to provoke full cicatrisation o injure pulp with abundant colageno and new formations capilares compared with treatment with Dycal he who to provoke cicatrisation most slowness and moderate with medium quantity of colageno and new formations capilares. To him observe minimun inflammation pulp in alls the cases treatment with Dycal and Cat's Claw.
El estudio científico demostró las ventajas de la aplicación de Uncaria Tomentosa "Uña de Gato" en el recubrimiento directo en comparación con la utilización del hidróxido de calcio (Dycal). El tratamiento con "Uña de Gato" demostró provocar una cicatrización de la herida pulpar acelerada y con abundante colágeno y capilares neoformados; frente al tratamiento con Dycal que provocó cicatrización más lenta y moderada, con regular cantidad de colágeno y capilares neoformados. Se observo mínima inflamación pulpar en todos los casos tratados con Dycal y Uña de Gato.
