In the present article we develop the ecology of the researcher within the framework of the trends of the new University Law 30220, regulations that state the quality of the university and the researcher subject, and its implication with its environment to develop scientific research. Every university professional has a scientific production role; however, this is often not possible to achieve due to a series of factors or phenomena that prevent the development of the scientific professional. The ecology of the researcher consists of the possibilities and virtues that he presents when he relates to human beings and their environment, this is manifested in the welfare state of the research subject in the academic world and his public and private life. The purpose is to analyze and describe the ecological aspects of the researcher to determine their scientific and philosophical profile. The methodology used is descriptive and explanatory because it analyzes the arguments extracted from the bibliographic sources to understand the variables and the survey to measure the opinions on the labor aspect and others of the researcher.
El objetivo principal, en esta indagación, es explicar con argumentos la ecología del investigador y su implicancia con la actividad laboral. En el presente artículo desarrollamos la ecología del investigador en el marco de las tendencias de la nueva Ley Universitaria 30220, normativa que manifiesta la situación de la calidad universitaria y del sujeto investigador, y su implicancia con su medio ambiente para desarrollar la investigación científica. Todo profesional universitario tiene como rol la producción científica, sin embargo, esto muchas veces no es posible debido a una serie de factores o fenómenos que impiden el desenvolvimiento del profesional científico. La ecología del investigador, consiste en las posibilidades y virtudes que presenta cuando se relaciona con los seres humanos y su entorno, esto se manifiesta en el estado bienestar del sujeto investigador en el mundo académico y su vida pública y privada. El propósito es analizar y describir los aspectos ecológicos del investigador para determinar su perfil científico y filosófico. La metodología que se utiliza es descriptiva y explicativa debido a que se analiza los argumentos extraídos de las fuentes bibliográficas para comprender las variables y la encuesta para medir las opiniones sobre el aspecto laboral y otros del investigador.
