Comprende el imaginario en la cotidianidad del cuidador del niño en terapia preventiva con isoniacida. El presente estudio con enfoque cualitativo, tipo comprensivo, basado en la sociología comprensiva y cotidiana. Se entrevistó a 15 cuidadoras de niños que iniciaron TPI en establecimientos de la Dirección de Salud de Lima Sur, entre diciembre de 2020 a mayo de 2021. Se empleó como técnica la entrevista a profundidad; como instrumento, una guía de entrevista con preguntas norteadoras. Para el análisis de datos se utilizó el software Atlas. Ti.v8 para codificación/organización de los datos. Posteriormente, se empleó el análisis temático. Objective: To analyze the priorities in university training that promote job retention in the first level of care, from the perspective of the health professional who works in rural areas of Ayacucho. Materials and methods: The study was of a qualitative descriptive approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 90 professionals who work in health facilities of three health networks located in extremely poor districts. The statements were analyzed through thematic analysis and the theoretical framework of the World Health Organization was used. Results: Four categories emerged: The university training of health professionals should be based 1) on health priorities, 2) work with the community and community prevention, 3) management of health services and (4) training interprofessional, social skills and career advancement. Introduction: There are few studies that evaluate the worry and fear of covid-19 in healthcare professionals who work in emergency services in low- and middle-income countries. Objective: To characterize the concern for contagion and fear of covid-19 in Peruvian nurses who work in emergency services. Materials and methods: Comparative descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional study. 212 nurses were surveyed in 2021. The correlation coefficient of Pearson and ANOVA test were used. Results: Regarding concern, 41% often think about the probability of getting infected, 45.3% consider that it affected their state of mind, but 82.5% estimated that they had not affected their work abilities. Introduction. Depression in the elderly population is a public health issue and few studies analyze its distribution according to geographic areas. Objectives. To describe the geospatial distribution and associated factors of depressive syndrome (DS) in Peruvian older adults according to ENDES 2018 to 2020. Methods. Cross-sectional and analytical study based on data from national surveys, which used the PHQ-9 scale to measure DS. The analysis used Pearson’s Chi square test and multivariate logistic regression and OR with p < 0,05. Results.  The prevalence of DS in 2018 was 12.9%; 13.3% in 2019 and 10.8% in 2020. The factors associated with DS were: being a woman, living in poverty, having secondary education, residing in rural areas, coming from the mountains and jungle, living alone and being 75 years of age or older.
