This research is descriptive transactional, aims to determine the influence of the organizational climate on the improvement of job satisfaction of teachers of Private Educational Institution Benjamin Franklin School, 2016 ". La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre Marketing Educativo con la Captación de Estudiantes en la Institución Educativa Particular Alecrim, Chepén - 2020. La presente investigación utilizó el método hipotético deductivo. Según su finalidad, esta investigación es aplicada; por su naturaleza, es cuantitativa y se trata de un diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional.
