La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de comprobar el efecto del Programa Educativo “Vinculo de Amor” en el nivel de conocimiento de la lactancia materna para gestantes que acuden a Psicoprofilaxis Obstétrica del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal, 2019. Estudio de tipo experimental, prospectivo y longitudinal .La población y muestra fue de 35 gestantes que acudieron a Psicoprofilaxis obstétrica; se realizó mediante la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento. Se encontró que antes de intervenir en el programa educativo tuvieron un nivel de conocimiento medio 11.4% y bajo 88.6% .Después de la intervención se encontró un nivel medio de 22.9 % y alto de 77.1% Por lo que se demuestra que hay efecto positivo significativo en el nivel de conocimiento de las participantes.

Objective: Evaluate the social mobilization activity called “Breastfeeding Promotion Parade”. Material and Methods: Case study of a social mobilization event (parade) developed by the National Maternal Perinatal Institute of Lima, Peru, between June and August 2019. Participant observation, document review and graphic evaluations of the event were used. The planning: conformation of the executing group, communication system and resources were evaluated. For the execution: the route, the participation in the awareness of pregnant women, family members and the community.
