El presente estudio vinculado al objetivo desarrollo sostenible número 16 que determina la Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas, tuvo como objetivo diseñar un modelo de gestión para la sanción de delitos informáticos en la persecución penal en la fiscalía provincial de Guayas-Ecuador. Se realizó mediante un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada en una población de 455 abogados y la muestra calculada fue de 209 abogados. El diseño fue no experimental; se aplicó una encuesta con un cuestionario sobre persecución penal. Los resultados indican que, en la dimensión dirección funcional de la investigación, el 60,3% reporta acuerdos de cooperación interinstitucional, mientras que un 54,7% señala problemas en la armonización de marcos legales. This systematic review study was conducted from 2019 to 2024 following the guidelines of the PRISMA protocol through an exhaustive search in Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex, the University César Vallejo library, and other databases, and aims to identify current trends and challenges in the prevention of cybercrime in Ecuador. The results show that, despite legislative efforts, cybercrime remains a growing problem in the country. The findings of this research have important implications for public policy formulation, investment in technology, and cybersecurity education in Ecuador. Lack of user awareness, insufficient resources for law enforcement, and the rapid evolution of technologies were identified as key factors. This systematic review aims to analyze the influence of a municipal management model to minimize physical gender violence against women. The seriousness of this problem is highlighted in the Latin American context, where cultural and socioeconomic factors aggravate the situation, mainly in Ecuador. This study focuses on how municipal management models can influence the prevention and attention of physical gender violence. The PRISMA method was used to structure the review, analyzing relevant literature from 2019 to 2023 in databases such as Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex and the University César Vallejeo.
