En la realización de este trabajo se sintetizará electroquímicamente el polímero Polipirrol (Ppy) sobre cobre pasivado en distintos medios para el posterior estudio de las propiedades protectoras de la corrosión. Estos medios son: ácido oxálico 0,3 mol L-1, buffer de fosfato a una concentración de Dihidrogenofosfato de Sodio de 0,10 mol L-1 e Hidrógeno fosfato de Sodio de 0,10 mol L-1 y acetato de sodio 0,25 mol L-1, medios que cubren un rango de pH de 1, 4 y 8 respectivamente. El cobre pasivado será obtenido previo tratamiento electroquímico con el cual se logra inhibir el proceso de disolución del cobre y pueda adherirse el Ppy, este tratamiento será llevado a cabo en los electrolitos mencionados a distintos barridos de potencial. In this work, the electrochemical synthesis of the polypyrrole (Ppy) on passivated copper in different media for the study of the anticorrosive properties. These media: 0,3 mol L-1 oxalic acid, phosphate buffer at a concentration of 0,10 mol L-1 dihydrogen phosphate and 0,10 mol L-1 hydrogen phosphate and 0,25 mol L-1 sodium acetate covering a pH range of 1, 4 and 8 respectively. The electropolymerization process of pyrrole occurs in the potentials corresponding to the formation of Ppy, resulting in the adherence of a black material on them (Polypyrrole), characterized by Raman spectroscopy, a technique that informs us of the characteristic peaks of this material in our polymer, the main ones being obtained at 1540 cm-1 corresponding to the vibration of the carbon-carbon double bond in the polymer chain and the one corresponding to the Ppy+ at 1310 cm-1. Biomass (ф) production from Spirulina sp. batch cultures was optimized in laboratory scale photobioreactors (LPB) of 0.2 L, by the effect of X1: intensity of light emitting diodes (LEDs) and X2: photoperiod, between 1.25-41.7 klux and 12/12-24/0 hours of light/dark (L/D) respectively using a central composite rotational design (CCRD) and response surface methodology (RSM). The hydraulic characteristics and ф value from Spirulina batch cultures were also evaluated in a closed-loop channel photobioreactor open to the atmosphere (PB-CLOA) by the effect of the lighting LED of 8.3±1.9 klux and photoperiod of 12/12 and 24/0 h L/D. Two optimal zones of ф in LPB were identified, both with a 21.5 klux LED intensity and photoperiod relationship of 12/2 and 24/0 h L/D, with values of 1.65 and 1.62 ф respectively.
