Objective. To identify the prevalence of anemia in patients treated from January to July in the years 2019 to 2023, focusing on variables such as sex, age, and year. Methods. Blood samples were collected and analyzed from patients treated during the defned period. Anemia diagnoses were identified using ICD-10 codes. The analysis focused on variations by sex and age group. Descriptive statistics were applied using frequency tables based on the distribution ofconfirmed anemia cases. Results. A total of 1,048,575 confrmed anemia cases were recorded, with a signifcant increase from 122 cases in 2019 to 581,404 in 2023. Anemia was more prevalent in women (80.9%) than in men (19.1%). El estudio propone y valida un instrumento para evaluar con precisión la clasificación y calificación científica e innovadora de los investigadores científicos en el contexto específico del Perú. La escala inicial de 50 ítems se redujo a 30 ítems tras un análisis experto y estadístico, dichos ítems abarcan el ""Pensamiento Innovador"", ""Actitud Innovadora"", ""Productividad Científica"" y ""Análisis de Producción Científica"". Carrión's disease is endemic to the Andes and is still considered a public health challenge, spreading to neighboring countries. The objective of the study was to analyze temporal and geographical patterns of Carrión's disease in Peru (2000-2023) and identify epidemiological peaks. A total of 49,933 data points from Peru's National Open Data Platform were evaluated. Segmentation was applied by epidemiological week, type of diagnosis, spatiotemporal distribution, and heat map. A total of 53.2% of cases were probable, and 61.4% were in the acute phase. The pediatric population represents 46.5%of cases,with a predominance of males. Cajamarca (26%) and Ancash (23.5%) accounted for 49.5% of confirmed cases. Bartonellosis exhibits a north-south gradient, characterized by pediatric prevalence and critical seasonality during the first half of the year.
