ABSTRACT Peru is in the central, western part of South America. It is the third largest country in South America and number 20 in the world. It is the country with the fourth highest population in South America. In 2010, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Peru was 154 billion USD, and its rate of growth was 8.8% (higher than the average for the region for the last 5 years). 56.8% of employed population was in the tertiary sector, 26.7% in the primary and mining sector and only 16.5% worked in manufacturing and construction. These figures are quite stable for the last years with a slight decrease in the primary sector (in 2006, it employed 32.9% of total employees), which went to the secondary sector (it was 14.2% in 2006) and the service sector (52.9% that year). ABSTRACT The inclusion of people with disabilities (PWD) in the workplace is a matter currently under discussion. In this context, this research seeks to characterize the inclusion of PWD in the Peruvian labor market. To the effect, a mixed methods study design was developed, which involved the application of an electronic survey to 188 managers and heads of human resources in Peruvian companies. Afterwards, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 key informants. The results indicate that the inclusion of PWD in accordance with the provisions of Peruvian law is not met. However, most of the respondents indicate their compliance, in addition to showing a favorable position for hiring PWD. The objective of this research is to propose a model of inclusion of people with disabilities (hereby known as PWD) in the labor market of Lima - Peru. Material and Methods: A baseline descriptive, cross-sectional study. Ofthe 10,000 top companies of Peru, 188 companies where chosen aleatory and classified in large 27.1% (51), medium 13.3% (25), Small 48.4% (9) and very small 11% (21). For the quantity information a validated survey was used and for the quality information a narrative matrix was used. Results: Of the universe used, there is only 0.084% of persons with disabilities (PWD) in the payroll of the top companies in Lima. RESUMEN Este sistema emite señales que repelan aves, en especial, palomas. Cuenta con un sensor detector, un aparato emisor de señales y un amplificador. Una vez que el sensor detector advierte la presencia del ave y determina aleatoriamente la señal, el dispositivo emite la señal. Así, las señales no se producirán en forma uniforme sino, más bien, sin seguir un patrón. Las señales emitidas aleatoriamente son sonidos, ultrasonidos y humo.

RESUMEN Comprende una circulina en la parte superior externa, que desvía los haces de luz que emite la circulina; en la parte electrónica contiene una tarjeta de control que comprende un microcontrolador, una tarjeta para operar el motor, un sensor de luz y la alimentación de voltaje necesaria como un sistema de movimiento. Permite desviar el haz de luz de los diodos emisores de luz de alta luminosidad de las circulinas, de manera que se preserva la salud y se evitan accidentes de tránsito.
