La Artritis Reumatoide (AR) es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica poliarticular que puede afectar los pulmones, causando enfermedad pulmonar intersticial difusa (EPID). Actualmente, se cuenta con diversas pruebas diagnósticas que detectan EPID avanzada. Sin embargo, aún es difícil detectarla tempranamente, pues no se tiene una prueba diagnóstica tan sensible como la tomografía torácica. Background: In pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) there are certain radiographic patterns as the cavitation, which has been considered “pathognomonic” of this disease.
