Objetivo: Valorar el estrés durante la emergencia sanitaria en personal de enfermería del servicio de hospitalización de un hospital de EsSalud del Callao, 2022. Materiales y métodos: La presente investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, siendo su diseño metodológico descriptivo/transversal. La técnica que se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario NSS que comprende de 34 ítems y 3 dimensiones/dominios. Resultados: En cuanto al estrés en el personal de enfermería del servicio de hospitalización, predomino el nivel bajo con 45,5% (n=91), seguido del medio con 44% (n=88) y alto con 10,5% (n=21).
